The founder of
Cindy’s Work Force,
Cindy Sutton, first came
to Casa Grande in 1985
and opened a temporary
employment service
called Design Temps. She
and her business partner
at that time were very
successful in their
venture and had met
their five year business
goals in two and one
half years. With the two
partners having
different visions for
the future, they agreed
to dissolve the
partnership and Cindy’s
Work Force was
established in 1988.
Cindy’s Work Force
has been providing
employment services to
Casa Grande, Eloy,
Coolidge, Florence,
Arizona City, Maricopa
and most of Western
Pinal County since that
time. We are an
independently owned and
operated company with a
commitment to providing
services that
exceed our
customer’s expectations.
Cindy’s Work Force
believes in being a part
of the communities that
it serves. The owner,
Cindy Sutton and her
staff have been very
active in various
community, civic and
charitable committees
and Boards having served
on the Board of
Directors of United Way
of Pinal County, March
of Dimes “Walk America”
Campaign since 1986,
Past President of the
Greater Casa Grande
Chamber of Commerce & an
active member since
1988, past recipient of
the Chamber’s Community
Service Award and the
Business Leader Award,
member of the Eloy
Chamber of Commerce,
member of the Maricopa
Chamber of Commerce,
member of the Casa
Grande Rotary Club since
1994 and a past
recipient of the
Centennial Rotarian
Award, a member of the
Central Arizona Regional
Economic Development
Foundation (formerly the
Greater Casa Grande
Valley Economic
Development
Foundation)and currently
serving on their Board
of Directors, member of
CAHRMA (Central Arizona
Human Resources
Management Assoc.) and
Against Abuse Board of
Directors. These are
just a few of the
organizations and
committees that we have
been involved in.
We strongly
believe in giving back
to the communities that
we serve. We believe
that economic
development is vital to
all of our communities
and our investment in
